A shop-vac gets the visible puddle. Our Water Extraction process is built for what's still soaking into materials underneath, which is where the real damage lives.

We measure extraction success with a moisture meter against a dry baseline, not by how the surface looks or feels, since a floor can appear dry while the material underneath stays saturated.
We'd rather explain the water extraction process clearly upfront than have you find out the hard way what a shortcut costs later.
We built this list around what typically goes wrong when water extraction gets handled by a generalist instead of a specialist.
Commercial extraction units outpull portable equipment on every surface type we work with.
We test multiple points across the affected area before calling extraction complete.
Less drive time means extraction starts sooner, which matters most in the first hours.
You know the number before extraction starts, based on what we actually find.
We don't treat water extraction as a single generic task — each piece of the process below gets its own specific approach.
Standing water comes out first, then detailed extraction moves into carpet, pad, and seams.
We adjust technique for engineered versus solid hardwood, since they respond differently to moisture.
We weigh larger sections before and after extraction to confirm actual moisture removal.
Slab surfaces absorb and release moisture on a different timeline than wood subfloor.
We flag salvageable contents before starting so you're not guessing what to keep.
A final moisture sweep confirms target levels were actually reached before we leave.
This is the same sequence every water extraction job follows, regardless of size.
A real person answers, asks a few fast questions, and routes the nearest available crew.
Local staging is what makes rapid arrival possible, rather than a promise with nothing behind it.
The assessment sets the whole plan, so we don't rush it even when the visible damage looks minor.
Work continues until the job meets our documented completion standard, verified before we call it done.
We don't cherry-pick which water extraction jobs get reviewed — this is a representative cross-section.
"Moisture readings after the fact gave me real confidence, not just a verbal assurance."
Jasper L., Mossyrock"Our office flooded overnight and extraction was finished before staff walked in for the morning shift."
Rosalind P., Mossyrock"No hidden per-gallon charges — the quote held exactly."
Micah S., Mossyrock"The pad testing caught moisture the carpet surface alone never would have revealed."
Fernanda Q., Mossyrock"They walked me through exactly what the moisture meter was reading at each stage."
Zora P., MossyrockThese are the questions we hear most often about water extraction, gathered from real calls, not a generic template list.
Our water extraction coverage spans 98564, with crews positioned to reach any address in the service area quickly.
Whether your address sits in the city core or a neighboring zip code, the same water extraction response standard applies.
Service boundaries are based on realistic response time, not an arbitrary line on a map.
